Bermux Studio ("Bermux", "we") is the design and development practice of Edward Bermudez, based in New York City. This policy describes what happens to your information when you visit bermux.dev or its project pages.
What we collect
Email addresses you give us. If you join the newsletter or a project waitlist (Strikeless, Carni, SplitPay, Tree), we store the email address you submit, together with which list you joined and when.
Nothing else. We run no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and we set no marketing cookies.
How we use it
Newsletter emails are used to send occasional notes on interfaces, brand systems, and product experiments from Bermux.
Waitlist emails are used to tell you when the project you signed up for opens early access.
We never sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.
Where it lives
Signups are stored with Supabase (our database provider) under access rules that only allow new entries to be written from the site — the list itself cannot be read from the browser.
Third-party services
Some parts of the site are delivered by third parties, which receive standard technical request data (such as your IP address) when their content loads: Google Fonts (typefaces), jsDelivr (script CDN), Cloudinary (video), Cal.com (booking calendar), and Unicorn Studio (interactive backgrounds). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
You can also ask us to remove your address from any list, or ask what we hold about you, by writing to edward@bermux.com. We'll act on it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
